VOTIS is developing the PedCheck as a non-invasive, safe, and easy-to-use device to diagnose and monitor peripheral artery disease (PAD). and for peri-operative use during revascularization procedures. The PedCheck directs near-infrared light into the foot at wavelengths that are absorbed by oxyhemoglobin and deoxyhemoglibin, and measures how much light is reflected back. The PedCheck currently is in clinical trials with anticipated market launch in 2026.
